This patent was invented to satisfy the request for a new packaging, which could replace the traditional leaf used to wrap burrata, declared no longer suitable for such use.
The idea was to design a packaging that would respect and reflect the food’s freshness while also guaranteeing product integrity.
Our leaf is made in polyethylene and produced in 4 different sizes: small, medium, large and slim.
